My comprehensive range of physiotherapy treatments for your health and well-being.
General Physiotherapy
From pain back to movement.
Whether acute blockages, chronic back pain or tension – I find the cause. Through precise assessment and individually tailored treatment plans, we work together to restore your everyday mobility and sustainably build your strength.
Rehabilitation after Injuries / Surgeries
Safely back to sports and everyday life.
After an accident or surgery, the road back is often a challenge. I professionally guide you through rehabilitation (e.g. after cruciate ligament, hip or shoulder surgeries). The goal: a safe, gradual increase in load so you can return to full capacity as quickly as possible.
Cupping
Traditional tissue stimulation for muscular complaints.
Cupping is a gentle manual technique to promote microcirculation and release deep-seated muscular tension. Locally applied negative pressure stimulates blood flow, relieves pain and relaxes the tissue.
Massages
Regeneration for body and mind.
Treat yourself to some time out or support your athletic recovery. From classic massage to loosen stubborn tension to intensive stick massage or soothing relaxation – I release blockages and promote your physical well-being.
